Every score, hourly-rate calculation, gas cost estimate, and time estimate shown in Rafiant IQ is calculated from the information you provide (payout, distance) combined with assumptions (your stated gas price, your stated fuel economy, an estimated driving speed, and — for shopping orders — an estimated per-item time). These are estimates only. Actual results depend on real-world factors we cannot know or control, including traffic, weather, parking, wait times, actual fuel efficiency, and actual gas prices at the pump. Rafiant IQ does not guarantee that any offer will actually pay the estimated hourly rate, and is not responsible for the outcome of any decision you make based on its scores.
For California users, Rafiant IQ estimates a per-mile reimbursement and minimum-earnings guarantee based on our understanding of Proposition 22 at the time this app was built. The guarantee is settled by the platform across a pay period against your total engaged time and mileage — it is not a per-offer bonus, and the figure shown for a single offer is context only. Labor law figures, rates, and requirements can change, and we do not guarantee these calculations are current, complete, or legally authoritative. This is not legal or tax advice. If you have questions about your actual entitlements under Prop 22, consult the California Labor Commissioner's Office or a qualified attorney.
Any mileage totals, per-mile cost figures, or CSV exports produced by the app are a convenience record based on what you enter. They are not tax advice and have not been reviewed by an accountant. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own tax records — confirm any figure with a qualified tax professional before filing.
Rafiant IQ is an independent, third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to DoorDash, Uber, Uber Eats, Instacart, Shipt, Grubhub, Lyft, Skip the Dishes, or any other gig-work platform. Any platform names mentioned in our app or marketing are used only to describe compatibility and context, not to imply partnership.
Unlock codes are personal to the buyer. Promotional, trial, and support codes are issued at our discretion and may be modified, rotated, or revoked at any time without notice. Sharing, reselling, or publishing an unlock code may result in it being revoked.
Rafiant IQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rafiant IQ and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost earnings, vehicle costs, accidents, or citations. Your use of the app is at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rafiant IQ, consistent with the minimum age requirements of the gig-work platforms it's designed to support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
