By using Rafiant IQ, you agree to the terms below. Please read them — a few of them matter for your safety, not just legal formality.

⚠️ Use only when safely stopped. Rafiant IQ is designed for quick input, but no app is worth using while your vehicle is in motion. Only enter offer details, review scores, or interact with the app when your vehicle is fully stopped and it is legal and safe to do so. You are solely responsible for complying with your local distracted-driving laws. Rafiant IQ and its creators are not responsible for any accident, citation, or harm resulting from use of the app while driving.

Scores are estimates, not guarantees

Every score, hourly-rate calculation, gas cost estimate, and time estimate shown in Rafiant IQ is calculated from the information you provide (payout, mileage) combined with assumptions (your stated gas price, your stated MPG, an estimated driving speed, and — for shopping orders — an estimated per-item time). These are estimates only. Actual results depend on real-world factors we cannot know or control, including traffic, weather, parking, wait times, actual fuel efficiency, and actual gas prices at the pump. Rafiant IQ does not guarantee that any offer will actually pay the estimated hourly rate, and is not responsible for the outcome of any decision you make based on its scores.

Prop 22 calculations

For California users, Rafiant IQ estimates a per-mile reimbursement and minimum-earnings guarantee based on our understanding of Proposition 22 at the time this app was built. Labor law figures, rates, and requirements can change, and we do not guarantee these calculations are current, complete, or legally authoritative. This is not legal or tax advice. If you have questions about your actual entitlements under Prop 22, consult the California Labor Commissioner's Office or a qualified attorney.

Not affiliated with any delivery platform

Rafiant IQ is an independent, third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to DoorDash, Uber, Uber Eats, Instacart, Shipt, Grubhub, Lyft, or any other gig-work platform. Any platform names mentioned in our app or marketing are used only to describe compatibility and context, not to imply partnership.

Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Access codes

Access codes are issued at our discretion for trial, promotional, or support purposes and may be modified, rotated, or revoked at any time without notice.

No warranty

Rafiant IQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rafiant IQ and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost earnings, vehicle costs, accidents, or citations. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rafiant IQ, consistent with the minimum age requirements of the gig-work platforms it's designed to support.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
