⚡ Rafiant IQ — Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Rafiant IQ is built around a simple principle: your offer history, your settings, and your driving data belong to you. We don't require an account, we don't sell data, and we don't track you across other apps. This page explains exactly what happens with your information — including the one case where data does leave your device.

What stays on your device by default

The following is stored in your browser's local storage, on your phone or computer, and is not transmitted anywhere unless you turn on History Sync (described below):

If you clear your browser data, uninstall the app, or move to a different device, this information does not travel with you.

History Sync (optional)

On iPhone, Safari and an installed home-screen app are given separate storage, so an offer scored in one can't be seen in the other. To bridge that, Rafiant IQ offers an optional History Sync feature. If you turn it on and create or enter a sync code:

Deleting your data

To delete data stored on your device, use "Reset all data" in Settings, or clear the app's storage from your device settings. To delete history stored under a sync code, turn off History Sync in the app, or email support@rafiantiq.com with your sync code and we will delete the stored record. No account is required either way.

Location data

If you tap "Detect" to estimate your local gas price, your device's GPS coordinates (or, if GPS is unavailable, your IP address) are sent to a third-party lookup service to determine your general region:

These services receive only the coordinates or IP address needed to return a state or region. We do not store the result beyond using it to pre-fill a gas price estimate in your local settings. You can decline location access and enter your gas price manually instead.

Screenshots you scan

Offer screenshots are read on your device. The text recognition runs locally in your browser — the image is not uploaded to us or to any third party, and it is discarded after the numbers are extracted.

Payments

Payments are processed by the store you purchase through — Google Play for in-app purchases on Android, or Stripe for purchases made on our website. We do not receive, see, or store your card details. When a purchase completes, we store the resulting unlock code alongside the payment processor's transaction or session identifier so we can reissue the code if you lose it. We do not receive your full billing details.

Voice input

If you use the optional voice-input feature, your spoken audio is processed by your device's browser using its built-in speech recognition, which may send audio to that browser vendor's servers for transcription. This is governed by Apple's or Google's privacy policies, not ours. We only receive the resulting text, and it is used solely to fill in the offer fields on your screen.

Standard server logs

Like virtually any website, our hosting provider's servers log basic connection information (such as IP address and request timestamps) as a normal part of serving web pages. We do not use this for tracking or advertising, and do not combine it with any of the data described above.

What we don't do

Children

Rafiant IQ is intended for adults working as delivery drivers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
